Service Description
This 45-minute first session is a chance to look at what’s going on in a fresh way. We’ll explore the patterns you’re noticing, what your nervous system may be doing underneath them, and how KCT or other somatic tools might help. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what may be keeping you stuck and what could be useful next.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. Cancellations within 48 hours and missed appointments are subject to a 50% session fee.
