KCT Foundations is a one-day experiential training designed to help you understand what nervous systems actually need in order to update.
Through movement, rhythm, co-regulation, play, and practical neuroscience, you'll experience how activation, shutdown, anxiety, and nervous system looping begin to shift when the body is given the right conditions.
